Client Request: Increase awareness of MRHC services and occupancy/usage rates.
Emerge Solution: Facilitate strategic marketing discussions with the Senior Leadership Team and subsequently developed a strategic marketing plan. Renegotiated all advertising efforts and reallocated all marketing spend to be more directed to the key audiences while utilizing branded, unified and consistent messages. Designed all promotional materials including displays, brochures, flyers, placemats, magnets and direct mail postcards to be distributed throughout the communities the hospital serves. Wrote numerous press releases on timely health topics and shared with local newspapers. Assisted with the implementation of the Mercy One co-branding effort.
